1 Flank Steak

Cumin 2 Tbps.

Cayenne Pepper 2 Tbps

Cilantro 2 Tbps

Garlic Powder 2 Tbps

Turmeric 2 Tbps

Himalayan Salt 1 tsp.

Pepper 1 tsp.

  1. Cut Flank in to 6-8 pieces and rub with olive oil
  2. Place your seasonings into a plastic bag
  3. Add steak to bag and massage until all pieces are covered with seasoning
  4. Add olive oil to your pan (we also like a little bacon grease for flavor)
  5. Throw a couple roasted garlic cloves in oil for an extra kick
  6. Place your flank in the heated pan
  7. Sear on both sides for approximately 2 minutes
  8. Place on your cutting board and let rest in tinfoil and juices for 5 minutes before cutting into smaller slices
