This spacious, studio-style loft sleeps up to 6 in 2 full beds and a pull out couch.
Enjoy the deck located right outside your door that overlooks the barn yard full of free-range chickens, turkeys, goats, pigs! In the evenings, you can enjoy spectacular sunsets and make your way back inside for a relaxing evening.
Also enjoy our antique decorating including a coca-cola lighting fixture in the kitchen and chicken paintings. We also offer an authentic farm stay menu to complement your visit.

We have two options that you can experience with your stay at Hunter Cattle:
The Standard Farm Stay/The Roost: The cost is $130 per night. Consecutive nights are offered at discounted rate for locals (in the surrounding counties of Effingham, Chatham, Bryan and Screven). This includes our nature trails, rocking on the farm porch and watching the beautiful sunrises and sunsets.
VIP Farm Tour. We do have a two-night minimum on this package to ensure your stay has as many opportunities as possible! This package is a personal tour by Hunter Cattle that includes a VIP tour of the farm, gathering eggs and up close encounters with our farm animals. A VIP tour typically last 2 hours. This gives you an opportunity to experience of the ins and outs of a family farm. This package comes at an additional $100 minimum for up to 3 people and $30 per person for any additional participants. (Children must be accompanied by at least one paying adult.) This is truly an experience you would not forget!
*Hunter Cattle does not permit smoking in either of the barn lofts.

**Reservation/Cancellation Policy: As Hunter Cattle has just 2 rooms, we encourage early reservations and ask for your understanding of our reservation cancellation policy: The rate of one full night’s stay is taken for a deposit at the time of reservation which will be credited towards your final bill at the time of check out. Remainder of balance will be collected at the time of your arrival. Your deposit is fully refundable, less a 5% processing fee, if the reservation is canceled at least 30 days prior to arrival. For special events full payment is due at the time of reservation.
