HC Crock Pot Beef Ribs
HC Crock Pot Beef Ribs will fall off the bone and melt in your mouth!– Ingredients –
Hunter Cattle beef short ribs
(1lb per serving)
1 cup water or coffee
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
5 cloves of garlic
– Steps –
- Place ribs in a crock pot with ¼ cup of apple cider vinegar and a cup of water.
- Cook for about 5-7 hours on low or until you see the meat separating from the bone.
- Remove from liquid, separate meat from bones, and serve.
