Nutrients Booster Recipe

A simple recipe that is great for boosting your immune system!


  1. Coconut Oil (big spoonful or two)
  2. Kale (bundle)
  3. Chard (bundle)
  4. You may also add carrots, celery, and onion
  5. Pressed Garlic (as much as you can handle b/c it is so good for you)
  6. HC Marrow Bones and HC Knuckle Bones (couple of lbs)
  7. Coffee (cup or two) Used to help tenderize meat (the flavor cooks out.)
  8. Apple Cider Vinegar (a splash)


  1. Place HC Marrow Bones and HC Knuckle bones in the crock pot.
  2.  Add coconut oil, pressed fresh garlic, apple cider vinegar, and left over coffee from this morning’s pot.
  3.  Cook on low overnight (8-12 hours).
  4. Remove the marrow from inside the bones and smush it up (you want to keep all that amazing nutrients).
  5. Then remove bones from crock pot.
  6. Place kale and chard chopped or whole.
  7. Add your veggies if you decide to add them into crock pot and cook on high for two- three hours until desired consistency.
