
Ingredients
1 Flank Steak
2 Tbps. of Cumin
2 Tbps. of Cayenne Pepper
2 Tbps. of Cilantro
2 Tbps. of Garlic Powder
2 Tbps. of Turmeric
1 Tsp. of Himalayan Salt
1 Tsp. of Pepper
Instructions
- Cut Flank in to 6-8 pieces and rub with olive oil
- Place your seasonings into a plastic bag
- Add steak to bag and massage until all pieces are covered with seasoning
- Add olive oil to your pan (we also like a little bacon grease for flavor)
- begin to heat
- Throw a couple roasted garlic cloves in oil for an extra kick
- Place your flank in the heated pan
- Sear on both sides for approximately 2 minutes
- Place on your cutting board and let rest in tinfoil and juices for 5 minutes before cutting into smaller slices
