- 1 Lb. Ground Beef
- 1/4 TSP Ground Ginger
- 1/4 TSP Ground Mustard
- 1/4 Cup Diced Onion
- 1/2 TSP Paprika
- 1/2 TSP Italian Seasoning
- 1 TSP Garlic Powder
- 1 TSP Onion Powder
- 1/4 TSP Celery Salt
- 1/2 TSP Black Pepper
- 1 Large Egg
- 1 Cup Cooked Rice
- 6-8 Large Cabbage Leaves
- I Jar Marinara Sauce
- Blanch cabbage leaves to soften and set aside to dry.
- Mix all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl..
- Whisk egg.
- Mix together seasonings, egg, ground beef and rice.
- Fill center of cabbage leaf with ground beef mixture leaving space so that the leaf can be folded.
- Fold cabbage leaf around filling starting with the stem side and moving clockwise until all four sides are folded snugly around the filling.
- Place completed cabbage rolls in baking dish folded side down.
- Top with marinara sauce and bake at 350 ° for 30 minutes or until center reaches 165°
