Ingredients

1 Flank Steak

2 Tbps. of Cumin

2 Tbps. of Cayenne Pepper

2 Tbps. of Cilantro

2 Tbps. of Garlic Powder

2 Tbps. of Turmeric

1 Tsp. of Himalayan Salt

1 Tsp. of Pepper

 

Instructions

  • Cut Flank in to 6-8 pieces and rub with olive oil
  • Place your seasonings into a plastic bag
  • Add steak to bag and massage until all pieces are covered with seasoning
  • Add olive oil to your pan (we also like a little bacon grease for flavor)
  • begin to heat
  • Throw a couple roasted garlic cloves in oil for an extra kick
  • Place your flank in the heated pan
  • Sear on both sides for approximately 2 minutes
  • Place on your cutting board and let rest in tinfoil and juices for 5 minutes before cutting into smaller slices
