Not your average cheeseburger… it’s even better!
Ingredients:
- Hunter Cattle Ground Beef
- Hunter Cattle Sea Salt & Peppercorn Bacon
- 2-3 tomatoes
- American cheese
- Texas toast
- Stick of butter
- Mayonnaise
- Chipotle sauce
Steps:
- Take your HC Ground Beef and mix with the seasonings you desire. Roll into balls and set aside.
- Take tomatoes and cut into slices. Set aside.
- Take about a cup of mayonnaise and mix with your chipotle sauce. This sauce mixture will make your burger!
- Take your HC Sea Salt & Peppercorn Bacon out and let cook either in a pan, in the oven, or on a griddle. Make sure they are nice and crsipy!
- Throw your ground beef balls onto the griddle and smash them down. Cook on each side for 3-5 minutes, or until meat is thoroughly cooked.
- While your smashburgers are cooking, take a stick of butter and let sit until the edges are crispy and golden brown. Butter griddle again and flip until both sides are toasted.
- Once the toast is done, throw your sliced tomatoes onto the hot griddle or pan and let cook until they are soft.
- Spread chipotle-mayo mixture onto one slice of your toast. Place a burger, a slice of cheese, some tomatoes, and a few slices of bacon onto the other slice of toast to assemble your smashburger. Serve and enjoy!
