Juicy chops that sizzle with flavor!
Ingredients:
- 2 pork chops
- 1-2 TBSP butter
- olive oil, salt
- pepper
- Hunter Cattle Screaming Peacock seasoning
Instructions:
Step 1: Pat pork chops dry with paper towels.
Step 2: Rub olive oil on both sides of pork chops.
Step 3: Season with desired amount of salt, pepper, and Screaming Peacock on both sides.
Step 4: Melt 1 TBSP of butter in medium high heat in a pan.
Step 5: Place pork chops in the pan and let sit on each side for 5-6 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 6: To ensure pork chops are juicy, once you flip them, add another TBSP of butter on top.
Step 7: Check with a meat thermometer for optimal temperature & if not cooked thoroughly, place in the oven at 375 degrees for 5-6 minutes.
