Ingredients:
- 1lb thinly sliced Philly
- Hunter Cattle Limili seasoning
- 1 medium red onion
- 3 carrots
- 1 head of broccoli
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 package of egg noodles
- 2 TBSP of olive oil
- sliced green onion
For the sauce:
- ½ cup of liquid aminos
- 4-6 cloves of garlic
- 1 TBSP fresh grated ginger
- 2 TBSP brown sugar
- 1 TBSP fish sauce
- 1 TBSP rice vinegar
- 1 TBSP sesame oil
- 1 TBSP corn starch
Instructions:
Step 1: Boil water according to the instructions on the egg noodles.
Step 2: While water is boiling, slice the carrots, cut the broccoli, dice the onion and the bell pepper
Step 3: Cook the egg noodle al dente then drain and save for later
Step 4: Add all the ingredients for the sauce in a small bowl and whisk together. Set aside.
Step 5: Take the thin sliced philly meat and cut into smaller and even pieces.
Step 6: Add a tablespoon of olive oil in a large pan on high heat with high walls and cook the meat for 3-4 minutes (don’t cook all the way through. It will be going back into the pan). Set aside and clean the pan.
Step 7: Use a tablespoon of olive oil in the same pan on high heat and add the onions. Cook for 2-3 minutes until beginning to get golden brown.
Step 8: Add the bell pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Step 9: Add the carrot, broccoli, and Limili seasoning and cook for 3-4 minutes or until the broccoli is bright green.
Step 10: Add in the sauce, noodles, and philly meat and stir together thoroughly. Cook for 4-5 minutes on high heat.
Step 11: Take off heat and garnish with green onion and enjoy!
